As the parent of a seven year old with cerebral palsy, whom she homeschools, Claire is passionate about teaching disability history and disability pride to children with disabilities and their families. She is currently pursuing her MA in Disability Studies. As an advocate, she has worked with many businesses and schools to increase the accessibility to those with disabilities.
